Are there architectural controls? What are the guidelines I need to know before designing my home?
There are architectural controls in place at Speargrass. These controls, registered against the title of every lot, define what may and may not be built in Speargrass. Potential buyers should be aware that the controls for Phase II are slightly different than Phase I. We recommend potential buyers contact us regarding these architectural controls before purchasing and/or designing a home. Speargrass representatives can be contacted here.
