Such personally identifiable information, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor to the Site, never is sold or rented to third parties outside of Speargrass.

Speargrass does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If Speargrass nonetheless discovers that it has received personally identifiable information from an individual who is (or who Speargrass has reason to believe is) under the age of 18, Speargrass will delete such information from its systems.
